Membership Policies
Membership Cancellation Policy
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of early cancellation or unused time. Memberships are assigned to an individual and may not be transferred to another person.
All memberships are set to auto-renew annually. Members will receive a reminder email prior to renewal and will be charged automatically using the payment method on file.
Members may cancel their auto-renewal at any time by updating their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle the member to a refund for the current membership term.
